Trader who trade on FOREX MARKET commonly are getting into the Market Blind.They dont know what point of the investing trend they are ENTERING IN AT!
They might be investing in a FOREX just before the trend shifts.Smart investing means YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOUR TRADING POSITION AND SET UP A STOP LOSS (SL).This takes to be done before you enter a trade,so that there is NO room for mistake,or LAST MINUTE indecision.
A STOP LOSS is simply a preDEFINED point at which you exit the position EFFECTIVELY!..its like drawing a line in the sand underneath the market price...IF the price falls below this line..then the trade hasnt done what i thingking it was going to do..and it will exit the position.
This provides you to protect the investing trading plan..because it CUTS your losses short..and guards against an all too human tendency to want to believe they must be right..its like as having an ejector seat that says when to ABORT THE MISSION!
